Hey! I'm Pammy

I’m glad you're here, taking this important step to break free from alcohol. As a certified sobriety coach using This Naked Mind and Affective Liminal Psychology, I'm here to guide you. Let me share a bit about my journey.

Like many, I started drinking in high school to fit in. As a shy person, alcohol helped me come out of my shell. In college, I was the ultimate party girl, and in the business world, I embraced the "work hard, play hard" lifestyle, never missing a happy hour. However, as I faced challenges, including a difficult marriage that ended in divorce, I turned to alcohol to numb my pain and became addicted.

Despite promising myself each morning to stop drinking, I couldn’t break the cycle. At 40, after an intervention, I went to AA and stayed sober for seven months. But when I started dating again,
my old patterns returned, and I often found myself with heavy drinkers.

I knew I had to make lasting change. In this guide,
I’ll share the steps I took to break free, along with resources and tips that can help you on your journey too!
